Do you represent the candidate or the hiring company?
The company or firm that hires candidates that are sourced, recruited and submitted by GREENsearch® pays us. Our client is, accordingly, the hiring company or firm. However, candidates who present themselves to GREENsearch represent the primary component of the key management search services we provide. Therefore, we value our relationships with both our clients and candidates.

How do you maintain candidate and client confidentiality?
All of our client and candidate information is held in strict confidence. Unlike many other firms or agencies, GREENsearch® never submits any resumes or other candidate information to a client without first discussing the opportunity with the candidate, and agreeing on the next step.
